We are a Washington State small business on Whidbey Island, WA: a software company that designs, builds, ships and supports its own products.

Small company. Serious engineering.

Whidbey Labs, LLC started in 2021 on Whidbey Island, WA, with a simple idea: the software small businesses depend on every day should be as carefully built as anything a large company runs. It should be fast, it should keep its records honestly, and when something goes wrong you should be able to reach someone who actually knows how it works.

We bring a data engineer's habits to product work. Schemas are designed to last, numbers are measured before they are published, and every change a user makes leaves a trail that can be checked. We would rather ship something small that is right than something large that is almost right.

Our first product, Rolvina, is practice management software for veterinary clinics. It runs a whole clinic, from booking to the medical record to the daily close, in the cloud or on a Mac in the building. Our second, OnyxEHR, is an electronic health record for primary care, now in private preview.

We are proud to be a Washington State small business. We live here, work here, and support our customers from here, on Pacific time.
